I used a groupon deal to order some protein which was delayed due to demand. To compensate for this I was told my groupon voucher would be reactivated for re-use for 50% off and free delivery.
When I ordered again I placed the order the same way and received confirmation it had gone through. When I enquired about the order I was informed it hadn't been processed as it had been ordered on the wrong part of the site and it had been processed as the groupon deal as opposed to getting 50% off and free delivery so was invalid.
When I complained about the service I had received I didn't receive a reply let alone an apology.
I wont be using Bio-synergy again nor recommending them to anyone.
