After an on line search for the item I required, I placed my order with Golfbase. I was attracted to their website because they actually advertised that if required they would exchange Christmas presents up until the end of January. When I contacted them for advice, they were extremely helpful, and after placing my order I was kept informed regarding the delivery.
All contact with Big Bathroom Shop has been answered immediately - most helpful. However, courier 'lost' item ordered! Big Bathroom is sending immediate replacement. Looking forward to receiving it.
