I don't write reviews often, but after having a nightmare of a time with another online store (deal.co.uk) and then having a perfect shopping experience with Scan, I thought the least I could do was add to the already overwhelming support for this store.
Between payment and dispatch was less than 2hrs, delivery organised within an hours time frame, great communication throughout the transaction process (including SMS), and great prices, couldn't ask for more.
Waited a week for some sort of confirmation of shipment, then started emailing and attempting to call over a number of days with no success. I've never had this much hassle with online shopping.
Thankfully Paypal was able to resolve the issue and refund my money.
Ironically the day after the dispute was settled I received an email from the company offering customers a £5 discount, hrmm, might pass.
Save yourself the time and hassle and shop elsewhere, it's not worth it!
