Still waiting for a postage refund....

Still waiting for a postage refund of £12.95 from the cancel groupon.

I've emailed support-en@infurn.com several occassions, still no response except for automated emails. .

Tried emailing s.harris@infurn.com today - instant delivery failure.

I would like my £12.95 back please....
