I ordered a bigboy XXL almost 5 months and have yet to receive it. This is an absolute joke. They don't even have the decency to reply to my queries and all i get is blasted generated emails saying my concern is being processed. Then they have the cheek to send us newsletters saying they are giving away free bigboy xxl's if we spend over 500 pound. How about they deliver our initial PAID for bigboy xxl before they go making offers like that. This my first ever review of anything online, THATS how annoyed i've become over this. I feel like we're being treated like insignificant peasants that deserve neither respect nor a decent explanation as to why they took our money and ignored us there after. How is this legal?
I wasn't long receiving an email back from infurn once i'd posted this complaint. my order has now been canceled apparently by groupon though i was never once informed about this. Now i will probably struggle another 5 months to get my money back from infurn. 12.95 for delivery was EASY money made by infurn clearly. what fools we were all taken for.
