not worth even 1 star a total joke

what a total joke after seeing at ad on tv for the tv bed we called dreams up and placed a order as it was a special order the guy said that the bed would take 4-5 weeks to be made and that we just had to pay a deposit of £100 or over and the order would go ahead and theen the balance had to be paid 6 day before the delivery date which was yet to be confirmed ,we said thats great we will go ahead so we paid a £200 deposit and then the guy said when its ready we will contact you with the delivery date then you know when you have to pay your balance ,this order was done on the 23/02/2012 so that we also got a letter confirming that there was a balance to be paid of £819 before the delivery date and that if we had not yet got our date they would be contacting use shortly to arrange this
then on the 1.03.2012 we got a letter saying that there was a high demand for the bed so its going to take another 4-5 weeks which we werent happy about but thought ok we will still go ahead with it ,its now the 29/03.2012 so i thought i would just give them a ring to see if they had any idea when i would be getting my date ,
ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT THE ORDER HAD BEEN PUT ON HOLD TILL FULL PAYMENT HAD BEEN MADE THIS WAS NOT!!! WHAT WE HAD BEEN TOLD ,if this was the case i would of paid for the bed weeks ago ,it states in there terms and conditions that only a deposit is required and then the order will go through and then balance can be paid 6 days before the delivery this is what i was also told by the guy on the phone who i give the deposit to,when telling them that today they tried to fob me of by telling me they have some sort with a policy with payment orders over the phone and its there policy to have payment in full ,THEN WHY THE HELL DID YOU TAKE A DEPOSIT ,what should of been told to me was even tho you have made a deposit your delivery date wont be made till you have paid the balance in full ,then i would of just paid in full ,trying to explain this to the girl on the phone was hard work ,so now i will have to pay for the the bed which i had no problem doing but have to wait weeks for it to be delivered what a joke i could of had it buy now but by what everyone else is saying i probably wouldnt , i did ask the girl why the take a deposit and she said so the order goes through so i said well i made a deposit and yet the order wont go through till paid in full so WHY TAKE A DEPOSIT THATS JUST STUPID will i ever get the bed i wonder ,as when asked if i could get a refund she said yes a full one i asked she said yes but people on here are saying they are still waiting for theres really bad service
