one of the best sites for booking hotels

it was quick and easy to book the hotel i wanted with good information about it
it was also cheaper than going to the hotels site and booking when i need another hotel shall use oneclick no fuss easy

Cartridge Shop

no problem to small

I run a cannon printer 2150 and like most ink suppliers they didn't supply refilled ink cartridges so you had to buy the printers company ones,which although a few pounds cheaper than most other i have tried still expensive.
Lo and behold they have now come up with a self fill cartridge system that is so easy and no mess filled with there own ink and very reasonable priced.
would recommend this company for reasonable priced ink and quick service and delivery,any problems e_mail them and they are on it straight away.


take money for nothing

I used this company 2 or 3 times in the and found them okay but now find their customer service as gone to pot.
I booked a holiday with them and payed the full amount then by credit card i then got a e-mail back with no heading to tell i still owed £273 as I had only paid £230 pounds
as i was about to get in touch I had a telephone call from lowcost to say the air price had gone up or something like that and as i was looking for a cheap weeks holday
i told him to cancel the holiday he asked if that meant everything and i said yes, this all happened within a hour from booking.
next time went onto site i found the holiday was still there without the flight so i decided to ring them impossible the only people that answer are if you want to book a holiday or pay for holiday all the rest refer you back to the website so the
next thing i did was e-mail them and explain but as i didn't get a reply i cancelled it on the website which told me i would receive a e-mail within 72 hours to tell me
about the cancellation in the mean time they have taken £280 of my credit card
and two week later i have not heard from them even after a second e-mail it is like they are blocking me.
last year when i had a problem i phoned one number and talked to someone and sorted in ten minutes i also gave five stars last time . something as changed there
