Good price and prompt delivery
Just bought a torch which was very well priced and arrived promptly. Quite happy with the ordering process. The only thing i would be slightly wary of, and it wasnt an issue for my order, is if you need to make a return. The web site state that cost of delivery is deducted, and that breaks the dostance selling rules so is not legal. As I say didnt need to but could see an arguement looming had I done so.

OK to a point
Vehicle drop off was fine, no issues.
Collection however not so good. Car was driven to me at the terminal with a flat back tyre, not impressed with that. It turned out to be a slow puncture so it would have been flat at the compound and not done on route to me. Emailed the firm about this but no response.
