A1 service.
I used collect plus to send an item i sold on e bay. They were half the price of Royal Mail with compensation and tracking. The stated delivery time was a little longer (3-5 days)but this was not an issue. To my surprise the buyer emailed me the day after i dropped the parcel at the shop thanking me for prompt delivery! I have used collect plus some more with the same five star service. Also the process of buying the service and the tracking of a parcel is very simple to do on the website.

Excellent service. Great price.
Overall a great service. I choose FFX as they were the cheapest. I havn't awarded five stars because the website wouldn't work with an iPad. I phoned FFX to place my order but amazingly they told me to order online! They almost lost a customer but I couldn't find the tools cheaper so ordered later on a PC.

Found the items I needed on the easy to use website and at a very good price that was a lot cheaper than the nearest rival. The goods arrived next day as promised.
Waitrose
Poor customer service.
I tried Waitrose deliver because I was sent some money off vouchers with my partnership card (John Lewis credit card). The problem I had was when I ordered 21 of an item instead of 2, my own fault but the way you have to order didn't help. The driver said this was no problem he would take them back and I would get a credit. This took three months and nine phone calls! Each time I called the customer service people were very polite and apologetic but didn't do what they said they would do. Also I didn't get the right amount of credit.

Excellent service, good coms and great range of products.
I was trying to get a certain Bosch product and Toolstop were the only ones i could find with it in stock.Ordered it Monday and it came wednesday with a couple of e mails to let me know what was happening with my order.
