When There good there really good, but don't rely 100% on the next day delivery if its for a job that urgent

Had a few problems with items that where out of stock, i was garenteed on a couple of occasions the date they would be delivered, and after arranging to fit these on the following day from the given delivery date, i was to turn up to the job to find they'd still not arrived which was a little embarrassing when i had recomended Ironmongery direct to the customer . Also ordered some bits a couple of weeks ago the Thursday morning which i needed for fitting on tha Saturday morning which unfortunatly didn't arrive until mid day on The Saturday, And also ordered some bits last Monday a part of which was out of stock, which i was informed would follow up in 3-5 days and this is now the following Thursday and i haven't heard anything else so i'm assuming its probably not coming.

We have contacted you regarding your above order but I would like to again apologise for the inconvenience caused and for the process failure where we always inform our customers if the item ordered should not be in stock prior to the expected delivery date.
