i contacted the customer service chat and explained to them that the account which my payment is withdrawn was cleaned out and overdrawn by some thieves who stole my purse and i wanted to make the payment using a different account. they told me that they could not change the payment and that it would have to be returned before they would do anything i explained to them i knew at that time it would be returned and wanted to change it so i could avoid the wait and make the payment on time they refused and disconnected the chat the only reason i rate one is i cant go lower
