Like many of the other posts I have recevied terrible customer service from infurn. I placed an order for 2 bean bags back in November and they were forever changing my delivery time. In the end groupon pulled the order. I have been emailing them on a daily basis looking for my money back for postage and have yet to get a response. Phones are always on voicemail so that they don't have to speak to anyone. The only reason why they got 1 star was because I couldn't give them less! Would never reccomend using this company.
I recently purchased two beanbags with beanbagbazaar and couldn't get over how easy it was from start to finish. I placed the order late on Friday night, the order was picked up Monday morning and I was sitting on my bean bag on the Tuesday lunchtime. What a difference to get such a quick service! Well done. Will be using this company again and telling all my friends!!
