Difficult to cancel account
It was difficult to cancel my account (on hold for ages, had to ring several times and after I'd instructed them to cancel I later found they had merely switched me to a different tariff.

Photoworld
Prints were a bit too dark
The prints were a bit too dark and appeared to be reduced resolution. This didn't matter too much for some pictures, but did matter for others.
