I ordered several items from Play.com that were dispatched with Hermes. Patiently I waited following the tracking updates until I discovered that they were returning my items without even attempting to deliver them! Below is the complete transcript from their site:

So just because they gave it to the wrong courier they returned it! Not once did they attempt to contact me to say, I had to speak with Play.com in the end who gave me a full refund. This was not the first time that I have had the displeasure of dealing with Hermes and in the majority of these previous cases they have been as equally poor. Do not use in any way shape or form!
This review is based on my first purchase with the company and I can say that I was not disappointed. Although the site could do with an overhaul (some of the layout and graphics do not display correctly on my browser Chrome) the process of finding and buying a game was quick and easy. I would recommend them!
