I purchased some shoes online for my Girlfriend's birthday, a pair of nice red high heels - when the package arrived (very quickly, I might add) it seemed a little too large for just a pair of high heels - Upon getting it home, I double checked the contents, and to my amazement and horror - wrong shoes - instead, I had a pair of (admittedly cool looking) wellies.
However, after a quick e-mail to the care department, I was straight in contact with Louise and Sarah, who, I have to say were bloody fantastic, and an absolute credit to the company. They were understanding, incredibly efficient, and were straight onto sorting out the issue. They said they'd do what they could, and within 5 minutes flat, they'd called me back, having spoken to the shoe supplier, and the new shoes were being boxed up and sent via First Class Special delivery. Those shoes arrived just now - less than 24hours after I first reported the problem.
As a good will gesture, they also said I could keep the wellies and give them to my Girlfriend too, rather than send them back.
Now normally, with an error like this, it'd mean less stars on a review - but the way this was handled!? You guys deserve nothing less than 5. Great customer service like this is rare these days, and friendly, helpful staff like Sarah and Louise are a rare breed. You guys are absolutely awesome. Thank you so much for all your help.
