Firstly they sent an email informing me that my order hadn’t gone through, and included a link to follow to recover my selection and complete the order. On completion of that order my account showed duplicate orders. I followed their procedure to cancel the duplicate and phoned the next day to confirm, I was told at that point that it was cancelled but the refund was not processed.
On the day of delivery, Saturday, the day before mothers day, I was sent and email, that I only saw at the end of the day, informing me that they couldn’t deliver as they couldn’t find the address (On a regular road, sat nav takes you to within 50 yards of the house) They did not use either my phone number or the recipients phone number that I had provided to receive directions.
I phoned and they informed me that they had been sent to the wrong depot, they promised to send out a fresh bunch on the Monday, the day after the occasion they were intended for. On Monday evening I was informed, by my mother, that they had not arrived. This time I received no email, no phone calls and when I called to complain this time they could not offer any explanation as to why they were unable to deliver them. They had missed the occasion, disappointed myself and my mother and were only able to offer a redelivery which I frankly could not trust, or a refund. Not an appropriate resolution!
