The best rhing was when I had a query and tweeted them was they came (right) back to me. So many companies fail to understand the point of social media and that they have a duty to respond to their customers - twitter and FB aren't just there for companies to spam their clientbase
I bought an item using a discount code - which for some reason (almost certainly my fault!) it didnt go through.
when i realised I emailed Urbanindustry, who responded almost immediately and my order went through - complete with discount.
