Delivery... what delivery? Have ordered from 3 different online stores and all 3 times the delivery has not arrived. Two were sent back to the companies without informing me (I cancelled one myself and the other was out of stock by the time it was sorted out so never got it) and one is still lost somewhere in Nantgarw awaiting someone to phone me back! They don't even bother to phone you to let you know whats going on! Delivery driver's excuse is that he cant get up the farm drive which is a load of tosh because if we can have a great big lorry some up the drive with tonns of fertilizer on them back I'm sure he would be able to cope with delivering some cushion covers!! I would warn any companies who are thinking of using Yodel to reconsider as you will most definitely lose customers!! I can no longer order from 3 online retailers already due to deliveries not arriving and its not the poor retailers fault!
Still no parcel. Have been in email contact with Nantgarw depot who have informed me today that the driver is REFUSING to deliver my parcel! If I refused to do my job I'd get the sack! This company is a disgrace and I can't believe the big companies are using it. I phoned Matalan who were just as unhelpful and the woman was more or less defending Yodel and didn't seem too bothered when I said they were losing business because of them. Maybe we should all send the link to this page to the companies that use Yodel so that they see how big a problem it really is!!
