Despite numerous emails and a phone call in so called business hours my cot worth over £200 was delivered on the wrong day hence I was at work. It was left with a random person in the next estate, who I didn't know and no delivery card was left at my house to say it had even been delivered. Luckily these were genuine people who advised me it had been delivered.
Bambino direct have ignored my emails and are clearly a sub standard online company. Never using them again. Whilst Kiddisave deliver the next day and send two emails with delivery times to the exact hour of delivery to ensure you are in, just an example of a professional business.
