Over a year with GiffGaff and saved myself a fortune!!

I joined GiffGaff over a year ago, at the time I was paying £70 a month for mine and my partners contract phones. On moving to GiffGaff i found it very easy to port both numbers and when I did need help I got a response back within 48 hours.
Since moving I have never paid more than £10 a month per phone and both phones constantly are connected to the internet using either GPS or streaming. When on holiday I have used the internet a huge amount and have never had problems with being cut off.
I love the fact that all calls with other GiffGaffers are free and that I get payback, this very often pays for my £10 monthly goodybag.

I would never go back to a contract phone and will continue to convert my friends away from overpriced monthly contracts with other companies. Yes there are occassional issues with GiffGaff as there are with all companies, but unlike a lot of companies GiffGaff keep you informed about what is actually going on and what they are doing to remedy the issue.

Just Eat

Remove a bad review before I can get a refund!!

I received an incorrect order and was over-charged for the item. After speaking to the restuarant and getting fobbed off I decided to complain to Just Eat.
I used the Live Chat only to be told I needed to email, so my first question is: why have Live chat in the first place if they can't deal with things like incorrect orders etc?
So I sent an email, stating the problem and the issues I had, the email I got back said that they would call the restuarant and let me know the outcome. 3 days 2 emails and 1 Live Chat conversation later I received an email from Just Eat.
This email stated that to enable me to get a partial refund for being over charged and being sent the wrong order I had to remove my review for this particular restuarant from the Just Eat website!! I have to say this shocked me as I couldn't believe that Just Eat woud condone this as I thought they were supposed to be unbiased. How are other customers supposed to know the true ratings/reviews of a restuarant if they allow this behaviour.
So as far as I can see. if I have a complaint and deserve a refund the only way I can actually get it is by removing a truthful review and allowing people to possibly end ip having the same kind of experience I did.
Nice job Just Eat, nice to know your unbiased... NOT!

Just to add to this review... As requested by James from Just Eat I sent him an email with all the details and as of yet I still haven't received a reply! Is this another example of a company that offers shoddy customer service? I am beginning to believe so... I would love to be proved wrong......

I am sorry to hear your order was incorrect and that you were over charged for an item. I am also sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the customer service provided. We do aim to respond to all emails as soon as possible but during busy periods there can be a delay.

Our rating/review system is there to allow customers to review feedback on restaurants before placing an order, when a review is placed we do give the restaurant the opportunity to respond and to try to resolve the situation with the customer. Just Eat do not advise customers to remove reviews and will not remove a review unless the customer has requested this or we believe it to be fake or offensive.
