I used to use City Link but stopped because they do not leave a receipt when collecting a parcel, or log it on to a system to record it has been collected. So pretty much until your parcel gets scanned at the depot anything could happen and it's untraceable. They are trailing behind the rest of the industry in this respect.
This was a very poor experience, I bought from them because they were the only company I could find who had the item I needed in stock.
Delivery was shown as 2-3 days, it actually took 10 days to arrive. When I spoke to support using their live help the guy said 'You'll get it tomorrow'. The next day he said 'You'll get it in 2 days' and when I contacted them a third time (and got the same guy again) he said 'We had a warehouse problem, you'll get it tomorrow'. Never any 'sorry' or anything. At this point I complained and he offered me a postage refund.. Guess what? I never got the refund, although I did recieve the item as described eventually.
Seriously this is a 2-bit outfit and I won't touch them again.
UPDATE. Apparently Systo have reported this review as abuse, and I have submitted a copy-receipt to Trustpilot to prove it's genuine feedback. I guess Systo would rather not see genuine feedback.
