Treating customers like criminals

I had an issue with Sky in that they were taking an extra £30+ from my account as they could not contact my second skybox as the phone line was down. Despite all my explanations they still treat me as some sort of criminal in what amounted to a £30+ fine per month. Once their engineer confirmed that the box was in place and that there was a fault on the connection I was promised that the extra money I had paid would be repaid. Guess what, 12 months down the line I am still waiting. They then have the nerve to ask me how they can help me as I have asked for the extra box to be taken out. I spent a while feeding back to them as to why I was so fed up with them but I guess they did not like what I had to say as they never got back despite the assertion that they would. As soon as my contract has run it's course I will be looking elsewhere for a provider that does not treat its customers as criminals.

Excellent service

Purchasing was very simple with the easy to use 'on line' ordering. Communications about the delivery were spot on and the delivery guy, Carl, was a credit to Waltons. He was friendly, extremely helpful and offered good advice. The log cabin took approximately 12 working hours to construct and was quite intuitive. The only negative is that the plans could be more descriptive. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend Waltons to anyone so much so I will shortly be purchasing a groundsman workshop.
