I bought flowers for mothers day on the 07/03/2012 and selected delivery on the saturday i was wanting to cheer my mum up too so ordered flowers with chocolates and a balloon. It came to saturday someone was home allday while my mum was in bed not very well but no flowers and royal mail did come but not with the flowers i was on facetime with my sister so i could see my mums face light up. I rang the company but only realised there a mon-fri company which is wierd, It got to monday i rang them could not get through at all i rang both numbers but found the 020 number was cheaper. I finally managed to get through and spoke to a rude women saying the flowers will come by wednesday i said it was mothers day sunday and told them its too late i had to go buy more gifts so i want a full refund they said no you cant they are perishable items i said you can stick your comments where the sun dont shine i will file a visa dispute if i have not have a full refund by the 14th march she hung up on me. I then got in contact with ian mcCulloch at moneyclaims4u.com who will get me conpensation
i bought some christmas presents on 18/12/11 from my catalogue which said yodel will deliver quick before christmas i waited in allmost all week and they let me down bigtime it got to 23rd december and waited in allday again i kept checking the progress online well it said its been delivered onto van AGAIN then rang em up saying they deliver till 9pm so i continued to wait i checked online and to my big disapointment unable to deliver customer moved home i was like WTF how the hell dare they lie i think they have a laff at customers and with the laim lowlifes they employ who must be sat at home or smoking weed in the van rather than doing there jobs wow what a disgrace anyway i went to town got my items and told yodel to return to sender. On the 03/01/12 i looked on yodel i was horrified they had attempted to deliver 3 more times and that the items were signed for by a neighbour lol no card to say this plus i dont was xmas presents in jan i asked who they delivered to i went round to the address he said i dont have ur items i did manage to get a refund from my catalogue but yodel are a nightmare i swear i hope them go bust BIGTIME

ITS NOW 11/04/2012 STILL NO REFUND SO I COMPLAINED TO BBC WATCHDOG ONLINE AND I SUGGEST EVERYONE ELSE COMPLAINS TOO THEY HAVE THE POWER TO INVESTIGATE THEM AND QUESTION THE PEOPLE WHO RUN THIS RUBBISH COMPANY I WANT MY MONEY BACK PLUS IF I SENT THE ITEMS BACK VIA THE FREE RETURNS I SHOULD GET A FULL REFUND
bought 2 items in the beginning of march and payed for a saturday delivery costing me £35.99 all together my order number is 4851756 for a start i waited in allday saturday nothing was delivered saying noone was in and a card was left hahaha the liars didnt even turn up so i rang up YODEL another rubbish company who said they will redeliver tuesday now anyway i got the items and had to return both one coat the zip was broke and the other was defected i returned them via royal mail i then got 2 emails saying weve got your returns from boohoo on the 07/03/12 but at the same time i did open a dispute to return item through paypal. Boohoo then emailed me sayin close your dispute so we can refund you in full well i did close the dispute and guess what NO REFUND plus i would only be getting £28 back omfg they said wei
