Beware never ever deal with this company as a scam. Placed order on the 6th of November and paid for next day delivery and waited in all day and never received the item. Called and spoke to daniel who said that it was my responsibility to contact courier company even although I paid for next day delivery and when I complained was called a K**b Jockey....service right there for you. Called credit card company and have put in a fraudulent claim as this is a complete joke of a company.

I bought an item from Milan Direct on the 10th of April and received an email from their courier company saying that I would take delivery of the item on the 23rd of April guaranteed by 16:00 hours. As part of their terms and conditions is that you have to be in for delivery this meant taking a day off work. I sat in all day and waited and waited......guess what no sign of them come 17:00 so I went onto the Milan Direct Website and they do not even have a contact number.
After emailing them I have had no response so having to go through a paypal charge back............
There furniture may be beautiful but I have no way of knowing this as they are unable to deliver!
Bought an item on the 26th of February and didn't receive any confirmation of my order until the 5th of March when it would be getting dispatched. For an Internet company this is pretty poor by my standards and left me not wanting to order again from them as I could've gone and picked this up in a local store. I am used to ordering an item and receiving it either next day or day after
On the plus side the item arrived in good condition and I am happy with it but just not the lack of communication and time for delivery.
