Everything was great till I started having problems.
When I first needed a proper bill or when I had to change my flight tickets urgently I didnt get the treatment that I expected.
My agent was out of office so someone else took my case.
What annoys me is to ask several things in an email and get the answer for just one of them, if I do...
And to have to keep on sending emails to get the information that you need, I consider it to be not very professional.
I am still waiting for some details actually. This is what annoys me the most.
