When ordering from Scan, I accidentally ordered something which was out of stock when I wanted it fairly quickly. Scan took the time to inform me that there would be a delay due to the item not being in stock (even though I ought to have noticed myself) and offered to amend the order if I wished. I took this offer up and the item was switched with another I chose without any fuss.
More generally, I found customer service to be polite, friendly and helpful.
The website is good - there are enough options to narrow down the items to what you're interested in, and ordering is simple.
The optional Scansure insurance protects anything you buy from accidental damage fro the first 15 days - this is an excellent service which gives Scan's customers peace of mind when installing computer components.
