Was unable to enter full address during online purchase, which caused delivery problem. When shoes did arrive they were very badly packaged. The box was in an UNSEALED flimsy plastic bag with the address on. The bag had clearly became undone during the the journey, due to the poor packing used. I returned the shoes for a refund and postage from UK to Denmark was over £18. I am currently awaiting a refund of my purchase price. Return postage is not refundable.
