If your notion of overnight means by the next day then avoid parcel2go at all costs. If you're flexible and don't mind waiting a week including spending a few hours trying to track down your package and you like your intelligence being insulted then parcel2go are the people to use. If you send a parcel overnight with them they use one of the main courier companies to do the job. If the delivery is not made the next day they don't tell you. It's your job to go to their website and track the package. Not too difficult in principle. But now's when it gets absurd. If the tracking service tells you the parcel has been returned to the depot - for some unexplained reason - it is your job as their customer to rebook the delivery for the next day otherwise it won't happen. Never mind that they failed to deliver. Never mind that you can't talk to anyone to find out what's going on. Never mind that you wouldn't know that the package hadn't been delivered unless you went to their website. Then when you try and talk to someone to find out what's going on you'll need to organise a webchat. Good luck. You'll be insulted and you'll get frustrated with the mealy-mouthed, hopeless responses. My overnight parcel has taken a week to deliver - if it even manages to get delivered tomorrow. (I have a suspicion the parcel is lost.) Parcels2go stinks. There is nothing to recommend them.
