Rubbish service and almost impossible to contact customer service

Caveat emptor!!! I sent a framed etching and the glass was broken in transit. I paid an extra £2.50 insurance to cover the price of the goods. My first email to them was ignored. I sent a further three emails before I got a response, only to be told my item was among their extensive list of items that was excluded, even though I'd completed the description when making the booking. Nothing was flagged up at the time. Waste of time and money. I'm now over £80 out of pocket.

Arghhh, bed bugs - no more with Pest Control

I've just had the house completely refurbished, with new carpets everywhere. Imagine my horror when one morning I got up and looked like spotty muldoon! Apparently, these opportunistic creatures can enter your house on a carpet fitter's bag! Apart from assiduous cleaning (my vacuum cleaner is exhausted), I ordered the mattress cover and some spray. The combination was so successful that I've sent for two more mattress covers and a smoke bomb, to keep as a contingency.
