The Blackstar amp I wanted wasn't in stock anywhere but I found Wildwiremusics website and decided to give them an email.
Most websites claim to have items in stock, then when you order them, they debit your card and the item doesnt come for 2 months. On Wildwire Music, if the item is listed, it's in stock.
I emailed them at 12am and had a reply within 5 minutes, I couldn't believe it. I thought 'this isn't right, no-one has this level of service'
Well it appears wildwiremusic do. Leon responded to all my queries politely, honestly and quickly. He knocked a fiver off the delivery when I had a problem with the Amazon checkout. Then of his own accord checked the progress of the delivery and sent me an email to update me on when it would arrive.
I'm astonished by the service from such a small business, they appear to only have started out and I am in no doubt they will go a lot further.
