I also booked and paid for both my bean bags and delivery. After waiting 4 months groupons inform me that infurn cannot keep the order and so it was cancelled. In the same email they told me I would be refunded my postage within 14 days. That was over one month ago. I have emailed infurn twice and only the automated reply. I am due to be refunded for four bean bags. I am getting really cross now and looking into suing them unless sorted in the next two weeks. Any body got any advice.
