My nan had an accident & I was livid as she reported about paving stones prior to her fall & nothing was done about it. She's an elderly lady who smashed her face on the concrete floor. I rang national accident helpline who were very understanding & sympathetic. They put me in contact with a solicitor who is now looking into my nans case. Lets hope something is done about it. I will report back to say how I get on
