Neither repair nor care

Awful. Took over three months to sort. Repeated phone calls. Lied about parts arriving/not arriving. Rude customer service. Broke my cupboard door when they did finally show up. Would never use again.

Worst of all possible delivery companies

The only way this company could have been worse is if the driver had urinated through my letterbox. Delivery card left on street. Twice failed to deliver then returned my parcel to sender instead of redelivering as arranged. Vauxhall office appears to operate as a private fiefdom which customer services in Salford have no influence over. Shambolic beyond belief.
