I also ordered a giant Beanbag through Groupon at the beginning of November as a Christmas present for my children and have waited and waited and still nothing. Groupon told me a delivery date and I waited in with two young children all day on Feb half term and nothing arrived. I also in blind faith took up the offer of money off a further order with Infurn and ordered a bean bag for our dog too- HOW STUPID DO I FEEL NOW I HAVE READ ALL OF THESE SHOCKING REVIEWS. Groupon offered to refund for the original order but we still really wanted the bean bag as we have promised our children and therefore declined it. I do not drive and am virtually housebond therefore I heavily rely on internet companies for my purchases. This was by no means a rash decision, we are in a recession as everybody knows and every penny counts. I actually feel sickened by this companies deplorable attitude towards their customers. I have thought very seriously about taking this to the small claims court but I think it would be far more effective to take this to the Media. I am sure both Infurn and Groupon would not want to see their name on a particular consumer show or internet sight. I have posted this in the hope that I will be contacted and receive what I have paid for. Having sent emails that have never been replied to and made calls that are never answered I will be heard, one way or another, as a minority group I will not be sidelined like this.
