Woeful service

I was informed by FU that my gas and electricity accounts had been transferred from British Gas to FU on October 31st 2012. I subsequently found that my gas account had not been transferred, and despite numerous telephone calls and emails, with many promises, I find that my gas account has still not been transferred and I am therefore paying both companies for the same product. I wish I had never encountered FU and I certainly would caution others to avoid the company like the plague!
It's now mid-July and after many more promises, the last of which was a promised final bill and subsequent refund at the end of June. Nothing has happened. Is that a surprise? No!

Envirofone

A good experience

I was kept informed at every step of the transaction, from receipt of my phone to checking its condition, right up to payment into my bank, and I was give the full amount of cash that I'd been promised. I'll certainly go to Envirofone next time.

Cash 4 Phones

Always quick and reliable

I've used Cash4Phones several times now, and on each occasion I've had a quick response to say that my phone has arrived, and the money has arrived in my account very soon after that. I'm impressed with the service.

Better than the rest

I had never purchased from Incubus before, so I didn't know what to expect, but I was agreeably surprised. Their prices for Kodak inks were very competitive, and delivery was swift. I will be ordering again in the near future.

Great service

I received an emailed acknowledgement on the day that my two mobiles were received by Money4urmobile, and a couple of days later I received a cheque for one phone and shortly after that I found a deposit in my bank for the second phone. I couldn't wish for a better experience than that!
