First of all, they emailed me to say they didn't have the exact product and would an alternative do. I replied, I would take the alternative and heard nothing back for three days, then finally got an acknowledgement.
A week later it hadn't been dispatched, so I emailed twice to cancel - no reply. I ordered from elsewhere, then got an email to say it is on its way. I didn't accept the package when it did come, & was told it would go straight back to them. I told paypal to hold payment as a precaution.
A month later after my paypal dispute had timed out they took the money anyway and now I'm down £90.20.
