The worst company in an industry that has it's fair share of cowboys. I live in flats and there is no-one home during the day, so I recognise that it is difficult for delivery drivers, but all other companies manage to find a way to leave a card somewhere I can find it.
Not once have I ever seen evidence of a Yodel card, despite multiple alleged attempts to deliver various parcels. I have had various conversations/arguments with their local office and national customer services, none of whom seem to care at all.
Things got so bad that I have had to stop using Amazon, so I often pay higher prices for goods than I otherwise would, just so I know they will be delivered. A truly appalling company - I look forward to the news that so many people have boycotted them that they go bust!
I have bought 2 sets of headphones from hifiheadphones .com and I can honestly say that I have been blown away with their service both times. The first set were faulty and were replaced immediately, accompanied by several emails to keep me informed as to the progress of the replacements.
I recently decided to upgrade to a better set and phoned the company 2 days before a long haul flight to see if there was any chance of having then delivered quickly. The headphones arrived the following day and agin, the communications were excellent.
I have used the forums to learn about different brands and decide which type suited me best and have nothing but good things to say about the high level of knowledge and willingness to help among all members of staff. Absolutely my favourite online comany bar none!
