The Bed-shop
Good, honest retailers - how refreshing!
after being let down badly by two other companies, and having to sleep in the spare bedroom for 3 months I had lost all faith in bed retailers. This company might not have the fancy floor space and quite as much choice as some of the others but they make up for it on customer service, quality and price! The bed I ordered took two days to arrive, they offered me a 15% discount on the bed as I had bought the mattress from them and the delivery guys were good too. I now have a lovely bed and would highly recommend this company!

How are they surviving a recession?
Such awful service other than the lad who sold us the bed although working on commission they tell you any old crap to get you to buy! It's a long boring story but after two months of lies, failed deliveries and awful communication I cancelled the order. When I complained in the shop that I couldn't get through to customer services on e sales guy said "well it could be worse love, you could get a bloke in India answering" and then went on to do a bad impression of an Indian man! So unprofessional!! I would rather sleep on the floor than order from this company.surely they will go bust????
