Added the details on the website on Friday, postage pack arrived Saturday. My new phone was due Monday so I waited til Monday afternoon to reset and package my old phone then sent to Mazuma.
Arrived with Mazuma on Tuesday morning, got an "it's arrived" email. Tuesday afternoon got an "it's been inspected and accepted" email. Money was in my account that evening.
If I had any comment it's maybe that they could offer to send protective packaging and a pre-paid special delivery option (at cost).
The website is better but the app makes finding some details hard to find. For example it's hard to find details on excess and how to include loss cover (I don't think it's possible with an iPad but I still can't be sure).
Also the summary of cover document is just too generic. Summary of cover should tell you exactly what your particular cover includes and should have clauses such as "If you have selected this at time of purchase". It should state clearly what is and isn't covered for the chosen policy.
