Paid for next day delivery which did not happen

I was short of contact lenses so I ordered some replacements on Express next day delivery, for which I was charged £10. I ordered on 16th January. The order stated that the lenses would arrive before 6pm on the next day. They did not.
They arrived on the Saturday 18th. Not good enough.
Also the ordering system is misleading as you think you are paying £13 for a complete set of lenses whereas in reality this is only for one eye.
