I decided to try Interparcel as I was sick of the diabolical service I received from my previous courier agent. They were slightly more expensive but I was banking on the Customer Service being better, as I have a business that involves a lot of UK parcel shipping. The first two collections I booked went off without a hitch, but the third was not collected. After contacting Interparcel the following day, they said the best they could do was to rebook the parcel for the next day. I told them that this was unacceptable, as my customer required their product by the end of the week, they refused to upgrade to next day delivery free of charge, despite it being their fault for the non-collection. At least Parcel2Go care enough about keeping your custom to give free upgrades.
I will not be using again.
