Just Rubbish
Ordered some DVD's from Amazon for next day delivery on Fri 30th April. Home Delivery Network website shows them checked in at 22:30 that evening. Nothing since - it's now 3pm Weds 4th.
Called their 10p per min 'helpline' - told that there is a problem. Would not give me a date when I can expect to receive the items.
Completely rubbish company. I can't understand why Amazon would use such cowboys. I won't be buying from Amazon again till they get rid.

Generally great company. I've purchased many items from them over the years with no problems.
My last purchase was marred however by their chosen delivery service - home delivery network. I won't be buying agian from Amazon till they stop using this company.
