I placed my order on 27.03.12. I recieved and e-mail on 29.03.12 to say that the item i have ordered has been dispatched. It is now 04.04.12 and i have still not recieved my order. When tracking on the dpd system it says that the prcel was refused on 30.03.12 by ROGER. I have no idea who ROGER is. It also says that the gates were shut and a card was left. The gates were not shut and no card was left. Furthermore, it said an e-mail notification has been sent. No it hasn't. The first i knew of all this was monday when i checked to see when my parcel will arrive.
After all this, i tried to re-book delivery for the following day, all succesfully done according to their website. After checking again yesterday, apparently they couldn't deliver yesterday and an "e-mail has been sent". Has it? Who to? Because i haven't had one!
So, again i re-booked for delivery today. DPD who pride themselves on being able to give you a 1 hour time slot, have given me a time slot of: on the website - between 8 am and 6 pm today. On the phone - between 7 am and 8 pm tonight.
I am highly frustrated at this as my dog is rapidly running out of food. There is not going to be anyone at my delivery address until 8 pm tonight, it just isn't practical. And i will have to go through all this rigmorole again. I find this saga very annoying and because of this, i am reluctant to purchase anything from you in the future.
