Persevered for over 18 months but now leaving

We chose Telappliant because the price was good for their VoIPtalk Express PBX product. On the plus side we got an excellent value call plan for international calls (which me make a lot of in our business). However, the service had many problems from the start and I've lost count of how many times we had to call support.... (of which I found their first line support quite rude and the second line support difficult to understand). It wasn't until I called and spoke with a very helpful Account Manager to cancel our account that he explained that the product we had had never worked properly and we should be been transferred to another product several months ago. I'm sure that Telappliant have better products available, but I question their level of customer 'service', which I found close to unacceptable.

We are very disappointed to hear about the problems you experienced. It is correct that there were difficulties with the VoIPtalk Express PBX service, and that service has now been discontinued. We have a replacement service launching later this month, which I urge you to try. With regard to your customer service issues, these will be investigated and we will do our utmost to prevent such issues from reoccuring.
