sleeping on the floor ...thank you for nothing!!

paid in full for the Wentworth bedstead £478.00 It did arrive on time.... the men were putting it together....I left them to do their job ...only to be called upstairs as there is a problem with the bed ....It would't hold together!! After phone calls to the head office I was advised I would have to wait untill the 16th for another bed.... It's the 4th ....not good enough .....I asked for my monies back I will have to wait untill next friday untill I get it ..I wish I had read up on the reviews.....A very uncaring company......I was asked did I have a bed before !! I think you will find they try to draw you in with their comments... aviodance tactics!!....I will contact Trading standards as this bed should have beed checked and passed before leaving the factory ....As should all of their products .....I will tell as many people as I can to aviod dissapointment ....On talking with the delivery men the told me this is the third bed they had delivered today that hasn't gone right....This being their third delivery!!!!!!... I feel Dreams should start reading their reviews......looking at were things are going wrong ......maybe the owner NICK WORTHINGTON Might have an idea as to what I should be sleeping on ......come on Nick ....any ideas ????
