Mind you, that is the only problem I've faced. To improve this, it might be better for the network to be more resiliant
It's a shame that I get alerted every time there is an issue, and the fact that the Aol desktop client is so unreliable is a problem. Other than that, I don't have any problems
I do find that they've got really good signal (but I'm only comparing this to Three), but when something is your fault AND you admit this, at least refund me the 14 calls it took to fix the problem. Thanks, other than that cannot complain.
I may have even had a problem with the stock (which I know is not down to the company, it was the supplier's fault), but Gear4Music quickly refunded me and even offered me a discounted alternative. I got my product less than 24 hours after ordering, even though I did pay for standard delivery. The product came well packaged, and worked really well. So, can't complain at all, everything went well. Cheers!
