never before have i ever had the misfortune to deal with a company as totally incompetent as carphone warehouse.
my phone was recently damaged (beyond repair) and even though when i took out the insurance policy i was told "if your phone is damaged in any way we will supply a like for like replacement within 24 hours" i have now been waiting a week and i am still no closer to getting a replacement phone. they are all too ready to take your money but heaven forbid you should try and claim.
i have spent the last week being messed around fro pillar to post by these idiots. no tone person will ever take resposibility for the mess up. all i want is what was promised to me, but that seems to be out of the question.
their staff are rude. arrogant and look at you as if you are causing them an inconvenience by walking in their store and try to give them money. there isnt a single one of them who knows what they are doing, it is quite simply a game of "pass the buck".
i would strongly advise everyone to walk past these stores as you will get nothing but ulcers by dealing with them. it totally amazes me that these incompetent egits are still in business.

I think its safe to say not only have you found a new customer for life and I will, without any reservations whatsoever, be recommending yourur site to every single one of my friends or anyone who asks me where the best place to buy sunglasses is. I am absolutely bowled over by the quality of service and the low price of the ray bans I bought. I would have had to pay nearly twice as much for the exact same product from the shops near me. Expect more orders from me for sure!!!!!
