twice I have bought faulty or non-working items but got no refund
Twice I have bought computer software items that did not work as they should have and so I sent the items back but did not receive any refund from the suppliers so I do not think that Paypal gives the buyer a good deal. Since then I have seen notices that I do have a credit but there seems to be no way that I can get the money returned and due to my past experiences I do not want to buy anything else through Paypal. When I have told suppliers and friends of my trouble they have said they will reconsider their future use of Paypal so at least others are learning at my cost.
