Straight forward and great service!

I can't think of a better way to buy tyres - select the ones you want and take you car to your chosen garage at a time you specify (or ask a fitter to come to you!). And earn Tesco Clubcard points!

I really want to like WD a lot - but I'm struggling!

I'm a big fan of WD products in general. I've used their NAS drives for years without any particular problem. They seem to be technically sound, and "do the job", for not a great deal of money.

However, their customer service is lacking.......

I've recently had a need to get a refund on a product, so I raised a case online. Everything seemed fine, and I was told I would received that refund. Two weeks later though, and I'm still waiting. I've phoned their European helpline (note, not UK, which doesn't seem to exist!) and their staff are almost too helpful and chilled - but don't seem to be able to access the information to tell me "what's going on!" In my case in particular, there seemed to be a process problem in that they needed my address to process the refund, but no-one from WD bothered to contact me to get it!
They can't seem to even give me a rough idea of what's next in the process of getting a refund beyond "you'll probably get a form to complete" (but don't know when), or exactly when I'll receive the final refund.....

I almost feel bad writing this review, because I so want to like WD and their support staff are a bit like a likeable puppy - but just not effective!

Very Disappointed - Valentine's day letdown.

Useless! Ordered flowers to be delivered today, for Valentines. All fine until 5 mins ago when I get an email saying "We are sorry to advise you that, due to the high volume of orders, we are unable to deliver your order". Phone up to complain, only to be told that they can't take my call due to large number of calls!

Obviously no-one told Interflora that today was Valentines day, and therefore more people might be sending flowers......

Totally and utterly disappointed with Interflora. All I can do is make sure I tell enough people to avoid them like the plague! Letting people down like this is 100% totally unacceptable.

Poor show Interflora. Time to try one of your competitors I think.

Brilliant customer service!

Have moved from plusnet from Orange, and found that plusnet customer service is absolutely amazing. They keep you informed via email and SMS (if you want) with regard to any issues you might be having. Feeling like a really valued customer. Can't recommend them enough!

Brilliant! Best Pizza company around

I've been a customer of Dominos for many years and I've always found them to be exceptional. My local store (Bordon, Hampshire) are always courteous and keen to ensure I receive the best deals at the time. Delivery is pretty good (sometimes a little later than I'd like). Even went out of their way to give my daughter a balloon when we placed an order in shop last year.

Orange

A company that doesn't really know what they are doing.....

Have been an Orange internet user since the freeserve days!

Spoke to Orange at the beginning of November to enquire about the prices of their new fibre packages. Couldn't get any decent deal so decided to stick to my current non-fibre package. Middle of December, noticed a message on my online account saying "an order was being processed". Phoned Orange around the end of December to enquire what this was, only to find out that they had started to process a fibre order from my call in November - even though I didn't want it. They admit a mistake, since the order hadn't been placed properly. Unfortunately I used this opportunity to enquire again about prices but, since still not a good deal, declined and was told the erroneous order would be cancelled.

Today, noticed a bill for over £100 on my account - phoned Orange, they are still progressing an Orange fibre order and have no record of my trying to cancel at the end of December! Have now had a "miss-sell" case raised (even though I wasn't actually miss-sold, since I didn't agree to go ahead!) and am waiting a call back from the miss-selling team, which I'm told could be around two weeks.

Everytime I call Orange, the automated message tells me that they are currently "extremely busy" and I "might have to wait a long time". How true....

This confirms everything I know about Orange. They are O.K when things are going well. If you need to contact them, you might experience problems.

Doesn't check stock before confirming order

Tried this company a few times. Going to still with competitors now (Scan, Novatech, etc). Each time I've ordered on their website against items "in stock", I receive a phone call a few days later telling me that the item is actually out of stock. At least they provide a refund, but pretty shoddy service if you ask me.

Orderd some coffee supplies almost two weeks ago. Still waiting for delivery.......

Yodel

Terrible company

Tried to delivery my package - I was out (fair enough). 'Phone automated system to arrange to collect from local depot. Went to local depot - they "can't find my package", asked me to call back two hours later. Did so, still can't find my package. Have called Yodel daily, still no luck finding my package. They promised to contact my supplier to advise them of situation, but as yet have been too busy to do so. Customer services blames "the depot", and takes no responsibility. I've used all the other major delivery companies before (many times) and not had a problem. *Everytime* I've been the recipient of Yodel's services there has been some sort of problem. Avoid 'em if you can.
