Quiksilver
Nice clothes but poor customer service
Saw some really in kit here. Paid for it and got the usual confirmation emails saying I'd paid, bit the nothing. They took the money from my account but my account said "Processing". Same story several days later. I tried ringing customer service but it disconnected after two rings. I emailled customer service and got an automated acknowledgement but nothing further.
Goods arrived within timescale but the website still said "Processing" till after delivery. Hmm. Not very satisfactory but at least the items were good when they arrived.

Swiss Vans were very prompt and helpful throughout the whole via-buying process. They were the fastest company to quote, the most detailed in their quote and the keenest to discuss my requirements.
From the moment I placed my order they were attentive to details, they explained what was happening and when things would be completed. Every time I emailed or rang them they were right on it.
The whole process, from quote to delivery, took just two weeks - I couldn't believe it! And I am now in possession of the smartest-looking van I've ever seen. Highly Recommended!
